1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Fire-Staff.com (hereinafter the "Seller") and any customer placing an order on the site (hereinafter the "Customer"). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products
The products offered for sale on Fire-Staff.com are fire juggling equipment, such as fire staffs, poi, torches and other similar accessories.
Warning: These products are intended for professional use or under the supervision of an experienced adult. Their use involves risks and requires strict safety measures. The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use.

3. Prices
Prices shown on the site are in euros (€), all taxes included.
Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed and are paid by the Customer, unless otherwise stated (e.g. free shipping above a certain amount).
Fire-Staff.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders
Confirming an order implies acceptance of these Terms.
At checkout, the Customer must tick the box confirming they have read and accepted the Terms.
An order confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email once payment is received.

5. Payment
Payment methods accepted on Fire-Staff.com:
Credit card: Secure payment via a specialized platform.
PayPal: For fast, secure payment.
Payment in installments:
Available for orders above a minimum amount (to be defined).
The first payment is charged when the order is confirmed. Subsequent installments are charged automatically according to a set schedule.
If an installment is not paid, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and claim the amounts due.

6. Shipping
Shipping areas: Fire-Staff.com ships worldwide.
Delivery times:
Mainland France: 4 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed (up to 9 days in case of force majeure).
International: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination.
Shipping costs: Calculated based on weight, volume and destination. These costs are shown before the order is confirmed.
Liability: In case of loss or delay caused by the carrier, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return conditions:
Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, unsoiled, unburned and undamaged.
Any returned product showing signs of use, dirt, burns or damage will not be refunded.
Returns must be sent to the following address:

Return shipping costs are paid solely by the Customer.
Refunds:
Once the products have been returned and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days if the return conditions are met.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Exclusions: Customized or used products cannot be returned.

8. Warranties and liability
Legal warranty: All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
Limitation of liability:
The Seller accepts no liability for damage resulting from non-compliant use of the products or failure to follow safety instructions.
Fire products involve risks. Their use is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the competent court will be that of Fire-Staff.com's registered office.
